Murton Equestrian Centre is a fully licensed (19/1636/Animal) , BHS and ABRS approved, family run riding school in Tyne & Wear. We have been established for over 40 years, providing riding lessons for adults and children of all abilities and ages by our qualified staff.
We run private lessons, group lessons and also have a very busy pony club on a Sunday afternoon.
We have over 25 horses and ponies so are able to accommodate all abilities from beginners through to experienced riders. As a BHS Approved Riding School we are inspected regularly to ensure we meet high standards of safety, horse welfare and tuition. It also means we are insured for public liability and that we comply with the latest health and safety legislation. All our instructors receive regular training and either hold BHS qualifications or are working towards them.
We are located in Murton Village, North Tyneside and our closest City in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
